The Learning Hub is the system the school runs on. At 42 there is nobody standing at the front of a room, so the software has to carry what a teacher normally would: the learning path, the order projects unlock in, and the record of what a student has actually done.
It grew out of the day-to-day of running the campus. Every feature exists because something was being tracked by hand, in a spreadsheet, or not at all.
